John Burr Voice Dynamics gives students in the Washington/Baltimore area a head start in the marketing process by offering them the opportunity to be placed on the region's premiere non-union voice talent website. The PVOC website targets the producer, and offers them a highly reliable source of the finest non-union talent in the Mid-Atlantic region. The website is designed to make outstanding voiceover talent directly available to the producer. It does not function as a talent or booking agency. Once the producer selects their “voice of choice", they may contact that person directly by phone or e-mail, or arrange for an e-mail audition. All talent listed, although non-union, is union-eligible, and may be contracted by union signatories on a first-time basis, pursuant to AFTRA/SAG policy.
